Returns and Refunds Policy
Yardlow & Sons accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible unworn boots.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition. Original packaging, tags, dust bags, inserts, and accessories should be included when provided.
Email support@yardlowandsons.com or call +1 (256) 407-3866 with your order number and the pair you want to return or exchange. Customer-paid return shipping applies unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
