Processing time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Processing usually takes 2-3 business days before the order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery time

Typical total delivery time is 9-14 business days after the order is placed. Delivery timing can vary during holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or address issues.

Shipping cost

Standard US shipping is free on every boot order unless checkout clearly shows otherwise before payment.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email used at checkout.

Address changes

If your shipping address is wrong, email support@yardlowandsons.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can only change an address before the order has been processed.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days at support@yardlowandsons.com. Include your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
