Yardlow & Sons boots ship in their shoebox inside a protective outer carton. The boxes hold up. Boots arrive in the same shape they leave the bench in.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. International shipping is not currently offered. If you are outside the US and want a pair, write to support@yardlowandsons.com and we will tell you when international goes live.

Free shipping on US orders over $129

Orders over $129 ship free to any US address. Orders under $129 carry a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Free shipping is calculated on the order subtotal after any discount codes and before tax.

How long it takes

Orders are processed in 2 to 4 business days. The longer end of that window covers pairs that need a final inspection on the bench before they ship. Once the box leaves the workshop, it arrives in 7 to 12 business days standard. Orders inside one region land at the shorter end of that range. Coast to coast lands at the longer end.

Order cutoff

Orders placed before 3 PM ET, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends move into the next business day's batch. We do not process on US federal holidays.

How we ship

Yardlow & Sons ships from a US-based fulfillment partner. Boots travel by UPS Ground in their shoebox inside a protective outer. The carrier handles boxes the size and weight of leather footwear better than the lighter networks do, and the boots arrive without sole damage from rough handling.

Tracking

You receive an email with a tracking link when the box leaves the warehouse. The link goes live with UPS within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. If you do not see movement after two business days, write to support@yardlowandsons.com and we will look into it.

Lost or damaged in transit

Sometimes a courier loses a box. Sometimes a box arrives crushed. If that happens, write to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs of any damage. We file the claim with UPS on our side and either send a replacement pair, where stock allows, or refund the order in full.

Address changes

Spot a typo in the shipping address, write within 24 hours of placing the order. If the box has not yet been pulled for dispatch, we can correct it. Once the pair is in the courier network, the address is locked.

PO Boxes, APO, and FPO

UPS Ground does not deliver to PO boxes. If your shipping address is a PO box, we route the order through USPS Priority Mail at no extra charge. APO/FPO addresses route through USPS as well. The shipping window stays the same.

Holiday timing

Between Black Friday and the first week of January, courier networks slow down. Add 2 to 4 business days to the standard window during this period. Holiday cutoff dates go up on the site as the season approaches.
